Feast Menu

Roaming finger foods, family style mains served to the table in share plates.

  • Minimum 25 people
  • Choose four finger food items,  two proteins and two sides.

Inclusions:

  • Chefs , serving ware, biodegradable plates and cutlery for festival and cocktail size meals, paper napkins.

Not included:

  • Crockery and cutlery ( talk to us about hire options)
  • Waitstaff $50 per hour ( minimum 4 hours)
  • Travel over 25km radius from Yandina

Extras:

  • Extra finger food item $4 each
  • Desserts: $6 each

Private chef experience

Enjoy the luxury of your own private chef, a bespoke menu, table service and a clean kitchen afterwards.

  • Breads on the table
  • Three finger food items for entrée,
  • Two mains with accompaniments
  • Choice of two desserts.
  • Private chef

Not included:

  • Crockery and cutlery
  • Travel over 25 Km from Yandina
  • waitstaff $50 per hour (4 hours minimum)

  • Table styling including linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and flowers $30 pp

Delivered in carboard catering boxes or foil trays.

  • Finger food boxes (each box contains approx 24 pieces) $120
  • Salads $250 (10 full sized serves)
  • Mains $300 ( 10 full serves includes accompaniments ie. rice, side salad etc )
  • Minimum spend $500
  • $50 delivery fee up to 25km from Yandina. Extra charges apply outside of this radius

Bespoke Culinary Journey

Be transported to the Mediterranean seaside or the Indonesian islands with a menu that reflects the traditional dishes with a modern touch, using the best quality local produce. The experience includes:

  • A bespoke menu designed  together with you to suit your tastes and dietary requirements.
  • An onsite chef to attend to your every need.
