The home of the spice trade Indonesian food is a tapestry of flavour, colour and spice. Each island has its speciality, steeped in culture and tradition. Our menu brings you a taste of this rich land.

Satay Ayam or Babi: Grilled chicken or pork skewers with peanut or sweet soy and kaffir lime sauce 


Perkedel Jagung: Corn fritters with chilli sambal 


Pepes Ikan: Fish wrapped in banana leaf parcels and steamed 


Lumpia Bebek: Duck spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce 


Gado Gado: Tofu and vegetable salad with peanut sauce 


Main meals


Served family style on share plates: Choose two proteins and three sides


Coconut or Steamed Jasmine Rice included. Spice levels can be adjusted to your tastes.

Beef Rendang: Slow cooked beef curry in dark roasted coconut sauce. 



Gulai Ayam Padang : Padang style coconut based chicken curry. 



Sambal Udang: Mooloolaba prawns in spicy tomato sambal. 



Gulai Ikan: Line caught local fish in Padang style coconut based curry 



Rendang Nangka: Jackfruit slow cooked with dark roasted coconut gravy 



Ayam Bakar: Coconut and spice marinated and grilled chicken. 



Sambal Cumi Cumi: Squid in chilli tomato sambal 



Kepiting Sos Cabe: Queensland mud crab cooked in a spicy sweet and sour sauce. ( extra charge applies) 



Iga Bakar Jawa: Beef short ribs slow cooked with lemongrass, ginger and Thai basil with fresh tomato and chilli sambal.

Nasi goreng: Fried Rice with mixed vegetables, sweet soy and egg. 



Mee goreng: Fried Noodles with vegetables, sweet soy and egg. 



Urap: Green bean, coconut and cabbage salad 



Tempeh Goreng: Crispy fried tempeh with spicy sweet soy sauce 


Gulai kachang panjang: snake beans in a light coconut milk curry. 


Sayur Lodeh: Mixed vegetables in coconut based curry 



Kangkung Terasi: Stir fried Asian water spinach in chilli prawn sambal 


Terong Balado: fried eggplant in chilli prawn sambal 


Gulai Nanka: Young jackfruit slow cooked in a fragrant coconut milk based curry 



Ikan teri with Peanuts: Fried sprats ( dried anchovies) with fried peanuts
